Breaking the Cycle: Ontario's Povery Reduction Strategy report released

Yesterday, the Ontario goverment released its poverty reduction strategy report.

    the report is interesting but there is no analysis, discussion or strategies for challenging racism or other kinds of oppression...the understanding of poverty at play does not address the socio-political forces that shape marginalization.
